The ideal candidate: Has experience working in high-volume kitchens Maintains a positive attitude under pressure Takes ownership of their work Is coachable and committed to continuous improvement Leads by example and supports their teammates Understands that consistency and execution matter Compensation Compensation is negotiable based on experience, leadership ability, and the role that best fits your skill set. Hourly Positions $20–$24 per hour starting range Management Opportunities $65,000–$75,000 annually Additional opportunities for growth and advancement are available for the right individuals.
