Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate crisis intervention strategies, including the creation of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
\n
• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes consistently and meet regulatory standards, utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Collaborate with clinical teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client’s unique challenges.
\n
• Actively participate in maintaining accreditation standards and engaging in quality assurance processes.
\n
• Network with community partners, state agencies, and service systems to enhance service delivery and client support.
\n
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with our organizational mission.

• Engage in opportunities for personal and professional growth, including attending relevant conferences and contributing to statewide meetings.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on a diverse patient population ranging from individuals seeking emotional wellness solutions to those recovering from substance misuse and various behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Valid and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in Texas or willingness to obtain this license swiftly.
