Role Overview
Perform expert human evaluation to define and critique analytical rubrics used to assess commercial drugs and drug development programs, and produce patient population size estimates for specified drugs or indications. This is a paid pilot engagement with the potential for recurring work for strong contributors, focused on improving expert-driven evaluation of drugs and development programs.
Key Responsibilities- Create and critique rubrics that analyze commercial drugs and drug-development programs.
- Size the patient population for a given drug or indication, documenting assumptions and data sources.
- Complete analysis across roughly 5 to 10 companies during the pilot period, providing clear, reproducible outputs.
- Role required: Epidemiologist.
- Strong candidates will have familiarity with biotech and pharmaceutical development programs, including how clinical development, commercialization, and launch pathways influence patient populations.
- Engagement type: hourly, paid pilot.
- Duration: approximately 10 to 20 hours of work delivered over a 1 to 2 week paid pilot.
- Scope during pilot: analysis across roughly 5 to 10 companies.
- Potential for recurring assignments or extended engagement for contributors who perform well.
- Work is remote, with occasional calls that require some overlap with United States time zones.
- Pay rate: $175 to $275 per hour.
- Must be US-based, or have deep US-market experience relevant to payer, formulary, and product launch dynamics, because the work is US-specific.
- Availability for occasional calls with some overlap with US hours is required.
