Business Analyst and Data Analyst

We are hiring for a Business Analyst and Data Analyst . This role focuses on business analysis, data analytics, Power BI dashboard development, SQL, and regulatory compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 6 8 years of experience combining business analysis and data analytics with strong Power BI, SQL, and Excel skills.

What you bring

• 6 8 years of experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development

• Advanced SQL skills, including joins, views, stored procedures, and query optimization

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and Macros

• Experience with dashboard design, KPI reporting, and data visualization

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

• Experience preparing and validating regulatory and compliance reports

• Experience with requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and business process analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports

• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL from multiple sources

• Prepare management reports, KPI scorecards, and executive dashboards

• Develop and automate reporting processes using Excel

• Generate and validate regulatory and compliance reports

• Perform data quality checks and root cause analysis for data discrepancies

• Work with business users, compliance teams, and technology teams on reporting requirements

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and reporting solutions

• Support UAT and successful implementation of reporting solutions

• Create process documentation, BRDs, and reporting guidelines
