Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients, both in virtual and community settings, addressing symptoms of severe emotional disorders and major mental illnesses.

• Participate actively as a team member, collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to advance collective performance goals and enhance service quality.

• Conduct evidence-based and developmentally appropriate screenings for clients, followed by detailed assessments as necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans to ensure clients have access to necessary support services, fostering communication between clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Deliver a range of focused prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Support crisis intervention efforts, providing timely interventions during critical situations as required.

• Manage a caseload, conducting assessments and therapy sessions that include individual, group, and family therapy.

• Monitor client progress, ensuring alignment with treatment plans and adjustments based on ongoing assessments.

• Participate in on-call coverage as needed during and after operational hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
