Position Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule PRN opportunities available for 7a-7p and 7p-7a Facility Anthony Correctional Center Location White Sulphur Springs, WV Position Summary As an LPN at our facility, you will play a hands‑on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Responsibilities include: Administering medications and treatments as ordered Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions Providing wound care and changing dressings Supporting documentation and care planning Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team Why Work with Wexford Health?
