Senior Assistant General Manager Responsibilities Ability to lead, motivate, and empower your team Ability to manage daily tasks, the restaurant’s team, and overall operations Train and develop your team to ensure a customer centric environment Ensure the team completes their assigned duties while adhering to all company policies and procedures Ensures the maintenance, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions of the restaurant Handles guest relations Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent.
