We are looking for a Senior Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer in ourdynamic Miami office (Hybrid role). Please take a moment and view some of our projects:

SOME of your RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

• Senior Engineer - Healthcare sector.
• Lead engineer to perform all calculations, design concepts and supervision of all project level production.
• Understands Revit to allow leadership and direction for the designs team.
• Assuring that tasks are complete, accurate and in accordance with good engineering practice.
• Develop concept designs, research equipment selections, infrastructure utility designs for air and water systems.
• Knowledge and experience with calculations, equipment selection, ductwork distribution system, water system designs, boiler plants, chilled water plants, and construction documents
• Will attend field visits, meet with clients and vendors as necessary.
• General coordination of specific design aspects into a project
• Will supervise or schedule other team members.
• Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects, mechanical, electrical etc.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
• Professional Engineering licenses
• Professional commitment to sustainability is highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 plus years' experience
• Proficient in computer use and software's including, but not limited to, AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, Word, Bluebeam.
• Strong communication skills required.

The total compensation that we expect to pay for this position is dependent on years of experience, licensure, education, geographic location, and project portfolio but expected to be in the $130-$170k range plus bonus depending on years of experience, licensure, PE, geographic location and education..
