Job Description Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) -
PRN A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities * Provide Occupational Therapy services as directed by the Occupational Therapist.
* Assist in patient evaluations and assessments as needed.
* Support the development and execution of individualized treatment plans, including short-term and long-term goals.
* Conduct individual and group therapy sessions under Occupational Therapist supervision.
* Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the Occupational Therapist.
* Document patient treatment and progress in medical records. Qualifications * Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
* Active state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
