Kotlin Trainer (Android Development)

Content Creation: Create and regularly update training materials such as lectures, coding exercises, and real-world projects that align with current industry practices and standards. Training Delivery: Conduct live training sessions via video conferencing platforms, providing clear and effective instruction on Kotlin programming and Android development concepts. Student Assessment: Evaluate student progress through quizzes, assignments, and hands-on projects. Provide constructive feedback to support learning and skill development. Support and Guidance: Offer personalized support to students, addressing their questions and challenges to ensure a thorough understanding of Kotlin and Android development. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kotlin and Android development and incorporate new tools and techniques into your training sessions. Qualifications: For Experienced Professionals: Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Android development using Kotlin, with a strong portfolio of apps or projects showcasing your expertise. Teaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching or training, especially in a freelance or remote setting, is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Kotlin and Android development, including experience with Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, and other relevant tools and frameworks. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Associate Android Developer) are preferred but not required.
