The group regularly appears in state and federal trial and appellate courts and offers associates meaningful responsibility on sophisticated litigation matters from the outset. About the Role The firm is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate (4–6 years) to join its growing Seattle office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on significant responsibility in all phases of complex litigation while working alongside experienced litigators in a collegial national platform. What You'll Do Manage and assist with complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other substantive court filings. Conduct all phases of discovery, including written discovery, document review, and depositions. Participate in trial preparation and oral advocacy. Work directly with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case management. Appear before state and federal courts as appropriate. Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on sophisticated commercial disputes. Ideal Candidate Profile J.D. from an accredited law school. 4–6 years of commercial litigation experience Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple litigation matters in a fast-paced environment. Active Washington Bar membership or eligibility to waive into Washington. Why This Opportunity?
