Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Provide direct student services in 1:1 and group settings utilizing a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements. Follow steps and record data for prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols. Follow steps and record data for prescribed behavior training protocols. Collect, record, and summarize data on observable student behavior. Assist with parent and caregiver training in line with student's individualized educational plan (IEP), including Behavior Intervention Plans. Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding student progress as instructed by the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Effectively communicate with District staff regarding behavior intervention protocols and data collection. Utilize safe & appropriate handling procedures when working with students. Maintain student confidentiality. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment. Collaborate with treatment team including student, teachers, parents and caregivers, outside professionals, and co-workers. Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.

QUALIFICATIONS: Current Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification Current Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification
