Exciting Urology Opportunities in Upstate New York
Our organization is thrilled to invite several generalists and specialized urologists to become part of our expanding team in Upstate New York. This practice is well-equipped to accommodate subspecialty interests in areas such as Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, Robotics, Urologic Oncology, or Minimally Invasive Surgery.
Position Highlights:- Join a collaborative team of 26 urologists across multiple locations, supported by numerous dedicated Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Operate from 9 accessible locations and partner with 9 hospitals.
- Enjoy a manageable on-call schedule; each site has its own call pool, ensuring no one is required to cover calls at different campuses.
- Engage in outreach initiatives with local hospitals, which are optional and compensated separately.
- Receive a competitive compensation package with excellent bonus potential.

- Potential for partnership after two years of service.
- Robotics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Benefit from a newly constructed Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) built in 2021, dedicated exclusively to urologic surgeries performed by our division, along with our own Intravenous Oncolytics and oral oncolytics program.
