ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Teaching Assistant to support students with behavioral and learning challenges in a therapeutic school setting. In this role, you will assist teachers and clinicians with instruction, behavior plans, and daily routines, providing one-on-one and small-group support. You’ll help implement individualized education and behavior strategies, monitor and document progress, and contribute to a safe, structured, and compassionate classroom. Join an interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving academic, social, and life outcomes for children and young adults.
$17 - $20 per hour
