Travelin' Tom's Coffee is a fun, fast-paced, and always-changing work environment. As a mobile coffee business, your café goes wherever the road takes you. Instead of working behind the same counter every day, you'll be out in the community meeting new people and serving great coffee at exciting events.

You'll be part of a growing franchise and gain experience in what it's like to operate a business on the move while representing a strong and recognizable brand. We bring high-quality, café-style drinks directly to our customers, creating memorable moments one cup at a time.

This role requires individuals who are comfortable working independently, are self-motivated, and take pride in their work. You'll be serving at some of the coolest events in the area and partnering with top schools, companies, and organizations throughout East Texas, Shreveport, and Bossier. If you love coffee, people, and variety in your workday, this is the place for you.

REQUIREMENTS

• Do you have experience as a Barista?
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver's License, a Minimum of two years driving experience & clean record.
• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Weekend availability and Flexible schedule - must be able to work weekends and holidays. Hours vary from week to week. Some days will be 5 hours some days can be as long as 10 hours depending on the events for the day. Mandatory Holidays - Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day
• Drivers must be comfortable driving and parking a large vehicle. The Tom's truck is about the size of an ambulance.
