This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about luxury automobiles and thrives in delivering an exceptional, white-glove client experience. As a brand ambassador, you will represent two of the most iconic names in automotive excellence while guiding clients through a seamless and personalized purchasing journey. Key Responsibilities Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience tailored to each client Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele Demonstrate expert knowledge of Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles, features, and brand heritage Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and follow-ups with professionalism and attention to detail Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery Maintain CRM records and consistently follow up on leads Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings Qualifications Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to deliver a high-end, client-focused experience Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Join Us?
