What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality carpet, upholstery, tile, LVP/Hardwood, and grout cleaning in residential and commercial settings
• Safely and efficiently set up equipment at job sites
• Move furniture and prep spaces for cleaning
• Clearly communicate with clients and set proper expectation
• Provide clients with opportunities for additional services (Upsell)
• Represent the company with professionalism at every job
• Work independently or with a team during day shift (7:45AM – 5:00PM) , Monday through Friday - 1-2 Saturdays monthly

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 21 years of age
  
  
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record (no accidents, tickets, or points)

• Reliable transportation to our Knoxville location

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs., climbing stairs/ladders, kneeling, and working in a variety of environments

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

• 1 year of floor care experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person!)

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Schedule:

• Full-Time
  
  
• Day Shift : Sunday through Thursday | 7:45 AM  – 5:00 PM
