Advanced Practice Nurse Position

We are looking for an Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team at a long-term care facility in St. Louis, Missouri. The facility has a capacity of 120 beds and is committed to providing top-notch care and excellent customer service. Our main goal is to provide treatment on-site whenever possible, in order to minimize unnecessary hospital visits.

Job Qualifications and Duties:

• Applicants must hold a valid nursing license in the state of Missouri.
• While previous experience in long-term care settings is preferred, it is not mandatory.
• Responsibilities include ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care in a professional and respectful manner.
• The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for performing various therapeutic procedures such as administering injections, managing wounds, and providing patient education on treatment plans.
• Additionally, they will offer counseling to patients on topics like normal development and health regimens.

Compensation Package:

• We provide a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $150,000.
• There is also an RVU bonus program in place.
• Our benefits package includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, along with HSA/FSA options, 4 weeks of paid time off, a $1500 allowance for continuing medical education, Malpractice coverage, and a 401k retirement plan.
