Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean, organized food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
• Follow and help manage sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas
• Read tickets and/or listen to verbal instructions, then prepare orders quickly and accurately
• Clean and restock your station at the beginning and end of each shift; prep additional items as needed
• Ensure prepared food meets McAlister's quality and quantity standards
• Protect our guests by consistently following sanitation and safety policies
