Within a few months, most Trainees are ready for promotion to become a sales associate with even higher earning potential ($4,000-$7,500 per month!)

Successful sales associates can promote again to become master sales consultants, earning 80-130k per year, a monthly vehicle allowance, and more! ($5,000-$11,000 per month!)

We are seeking motivated and goal-oriented sales consultants to join our team.

Job Overview: As a member of our automotive sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs, providing information about vehicle features and benefits, negotiating fair and transparent pricing, and completing paperwork.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized showroom, setting up test drives, attending ongoing training, maximizing leads, and following up with customers after the sale.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs
• Message and call potential customers, utilizing leads lists and prospecting strategies
• Present and demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits
• Assist customers with test drives and answer any questions they may have
• Prepare and review paperwork related to the sale of the vehicle
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom and lot
• Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on new vehicle models and features
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer and internet applications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Minimum of 6 months of sales experience preferred

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, 5-day work week, off on Sundays & one weekday.
• Work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• May need to stand for extended periods of time
