Registered Nurse (RN)

The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. This role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal health care services and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and establish care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred; an associate degree in nursing (ADN) may be considered.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multidisciplinary environment.
• Current basic life support (BLS) certification required; advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification may be preferred based on unit needs.
