Sales Engineer – Utility Market (Remote, Western U.S.) Location: Remote (Candidate must reside in the Western U.S.) Travel: 40–50% Industry: Electrical Manufacturing / Power Distribution What You’ll Do Execute strategic sales growth plans for the utility market Drive inquiry generation, order bookings, and margin achievement Develop and strengthen key accounts and penetrate emerging segments Collaborate with application engineers to deliver accurate, high‑quality quotations Support and manage channel partners including reps, EPCs, and distributors Work closely with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction and project success Provide market intelligence and support marketing efforts with compelling sales collateral What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field Minimum 3 years of technical sales experience, preferably in the utility sector Strong knowledge of medium/high voltage electrical equipment (transformers, testing, commissioning) Experience working with channel partners and managing rep networks Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proven track record of growing market segments year‑over‑year Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time Must reside in the Western U.S. and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship) Why Join Us? 100% remote role with autonomy and flexibility Be part of a fast‑growing, mission‑driven company Work on custom, high‑impact projects that power communities Collaborate with a passionate, high‑performance team Ready to lead, fueled by commitment, and driven by impact?
