Orthopedic Spine Surgeon (MD/DO) - Health First | Florida Space Coast

Health First is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeon (MD/DO) to join our expanding orthopedic and spine program on Florida's beautiful Space Coast. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced surgeon or graduating fellow to build a thriving spine practice supported by advanced surgical technology, a strong referral network, and a rapidly growing patient population.

Opportunity Highlights

• Dedicated Orthopedic Spine practice with established referral sources

• Brand-new Medical Office Building featuring modern equipment and clinical space

• In-office X-ray capabilities

• Excellent Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support

• Average clinic volume of approximately 18 patients per day

• Surgical volume ranging from 2-6 cases daily based on complexity

• Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

• Opportunity to build and shape your practice within a growing service line

Practice Structure

Initial focus on clinic development and patient panel growth, progressing to:

• 3 days in the operating room

• 2 days in clinic

Advanced Surgical Technology

Perform complex spine procedures utilizing the Globus ExcelsiusGPS 74; Navigation System , providing enhanced precision, navigation, and efficiency in spine surgery.

Common Procedures

• Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF)

• Cervical Disc Replacement

• Lumbar Posterior Fusion

• Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Procedures

• SI Joint Fusion

• Kyphoplasty

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery preferred

• Experienced spine surgeons encouraged to apply

• New graduates and fellows welcome
