Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in primarily an outpatient setting, with some inpatient coverage
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits and rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress throughout the course of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and inpatient care settings
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a mixed outpatient/inpatient therapy environment
• Familiarity with a broad patient population across various diagnoses and acuity levels
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
