- Passion for tarte products
- Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments
- Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers
- Merchandising and planogram experience
- Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour)
- Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media
- Compensation range: $23-30/hr (Compensation range: $23-30/hr (compensation varying based on geographic location, skill level, and relevant work experience)
