We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transportation Safety & Compliance Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining safety standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting driver operations across multiple locations. • Oversee and enforce safety policies across assigned zTrip locations
• Conduct routine audits, inspections, and compliance evaluations
• Maintain accurate records of driver qualifications, certifications, background checks, and drug screenings
• Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective action plans
• Stay up to date with local, state, and federal transportation regulations
• Partner with operations teams to ensure consistent safety practices
• Support the creation and delivery of driver safety training programs
• Communicate effectively with drivers, leadership, and regulatory agencies

• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, compliance standards, and fleet operations
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in transportation safety, compliance, or operations preferred
