Senior Global Partnership Accountant

Key Job Responsivities

• Manage global partner accounting processes , supporting all aspects of partner financial administration across the firm.
• Calculate and process partner payments , prepare partner financial statements, and manage partner capital accounts-including capital calls, loan drawdowns, and repayment schedules.
• Prepare partner-related journals and reconcile partner accounts in Elite 3E, ensuring accurate cash and accrual balances.
• Assist with budgeting and cash ‑ flow analysis related to partner remuneration and firm liquidity planning.
• Lead partner onboarding and offboarding financial reviews , conducting meetings to explain financial obligations, statements, and capital arrangements.
• Support leadership on process improvements , partner tax/payroll initiatives, audit inquiries, and cross ‑ regional consistency between U.S. and non ‑ U.S. partner accounting practices.
