In this role, you will help to deter incidents through attention to detail, strong customer service, and clear communication, while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team built on integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $23.62 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor radio, phone, and/or electronic communications systems to dispatch personnel, relay routine and urgent information, and support timely responses to incidents and critical situations.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and/or dispatch records, documenting communications, officer assignments, and notable events in a clear and organized manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate internal resources and/or outside assistance as needed.
• Support site operations by monitoring cameras, alarms, and/or access activity, and by communicating relevant updates that help to deter unauthorized activity and disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
