Our group homes offer structured, therapeutic settings where youth receive comprehensive support, including life skills development, counseling, and educational services to help them build a strong foundation for the future.Programs under this portfolio include Rediscovery Independent Living, Evolution Independent Living and Young Parent Living Program.The pay range for this position is $53,000 to $128,000 per year. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.In this role, you will:Assist the Division Director in the oversight of operations for three independent living programs.Ensure the safety and well-being of youth facing social, emotional, mental health, and behavioral challenges.Offer strong supervision and support while collaborating intensely with an interdisciplinary team to meet the treatment needs of our youth.Focus on the development of others.Encourage strategic thinking, innovation and action.Other duties as assigned.Why JRI?Be who you are!
