About the Role
The Company is seeking a Market President for the Central Ohio region. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, leading business development efforts, and managing a commercial loan portfolio with a focus on C&I relationships. This role requires a leader with a strong background in commercial and industrial lending, market leadership, and business development, who can also build and maintain strong internal teams and long-term client relationships. The Market President will drive regional growth and profitability across commercial lending and treasury management functions, ensure strong credit quality standards, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. Applicants for the Market President position should have a proven track record in commercial banking or commercial lending leadership, with a specific emphasis on C&I relationship development and portfolio management. The role demands a candidate with demonstrated success in driving business development and market growth, strong credit acumen, and the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience, and the ideal candidate will be adept at fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and be committed to attracting, developing, and retaining top banking talent.
