Base Pay $13.00 - $13.00 / Hour Employee Type Non-Exempt Required Degree High school Manage Others Yes Description The Assistant Manager supports daily retail store operations and provides leadership in the absence of the Store Manager. This role is responsible for assisting with sales performance, staff supervision, customer service excellence, safety compliance, and operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager helps train and guide team members, ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, and promotes a safe, welcoming environment for customers, donors, and employees. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, the ability to meet physical demands of a retail environment, and a commitment to Goodwill’s mission of providing opportunities for individuals with barriers to employment.
