Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and skilled Swimming Pool Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing top-notch service. As a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they meet health and safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical testing, and balancing
- Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) and perform minor repairs as needed
- Identify and address any pool-related issues or hazards
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service
- Follow company protocols and safety guidelines at all times
- Previous experience in swimming pool maintenance or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of pool chemicals, equipment, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks as needed
