A law firm is seeking a Rewards & Recognition Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage submissions for industry rankings and directories
- Track deadlines, milestones, and submission calendars
- Coordinated interviews and prepared supporting materials
- Updated biographies, profiles, and website content
- Maintained submissions and business development databases
- Analyzed rankings data and prepared reports for leadership
- Researched submission opportunities and industry trends
- Communicated with editorial teams regarding submission requirements
- Assisted with submissions strategy and process improvements
- Updated marketing and business development materials
- Provided administrative and project support as needed
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Legal or Professional Services
- Completed Bachelors degree
- Experience with Chambers, Legal 500, Law360
- Strong communications and writting skills
The annual base salary range is $60,000 to $70,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
