Requirements for this role include a current California SLP License. Experienced professionals with CCC, as well as those completing their CFY, are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates bring backgrounds in pediatric and school-based settings, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are ready to engage with both individual students and groups.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
• Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
• CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to organize caseloads and document progress efficiently
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners from kindergarten through high school

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students across K–12
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments
• Develop tailored treatment plans and track student progress
• Work with educators and parents to support student goals
• Maintain compliance with all required documentation and IEP processes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
