As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and helpful environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in finding the perfect products for their pets and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
• Building lasting relationships with customers by understanding their unique needs.
• Managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
• Handling transactions efficiently and accurately at the register.
• Supporting the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining a positive store atmosphere.

We’re seeking someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to bring their passion for pets to work every day. Here’s what we’re looking for in a candidate:

• A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A knack for problem-solving and a proactive attitude.
• We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of pet retail experience to help strengthen our already amazing team!
