What you’ll be doing

Tasks vary from day to day, but examples of your main areas of responsibility will be:

• Answering phone calls with a friendly manner and getting our customers scheduled for service or installs
• Coordinating between our field technicians and our customers
• Working on permitting for our new AC installations and later, the related warranties
• Ordering supplies needed for our jobs
• Handling invoices and preparing customer payments for bank deposits

What we’re looking for

• A candidate who has successful work experience with general office support and enjoys keeping things organized and coordinated.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft products, professional phone manner, well organized, attention to detail, eager to learn and contribute.
• AC office experience preferred

And, we’re continuing to grow … we just purchased an HVAC company to expand our service offerings, and have other growth opportunities on the drawing board.
