About the Role:

Ryan's Smokehouse in Webster, TX is looking for a passionate and energetic Cook/Customer Service team member to join our crew! If you love great BBQ and even better people, this is the place for you. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Ryan's Smokehouse recipes and quality standards
• Operate grills, smokers, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Take and process customer orders accurately, both in-person and over the phone
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and front-of-house areas
• Restock food prep stations and monitor ingredient levels throughout the shift
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a kitchen, food service, or customer-facing role preferred
• Knowledge of BBQ cooking techniques and smoked meats is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• fluent in English.
