Operations specialist (level iii)

We are seeking a detail-oriented CashProFX Client Servicing Analyst to take ownership of end-to-end FX operational processes. In this role, you will act as a key partner for our clients-handling onboarding, platform demonstrations, training, query resolutions, and advanced escalations for ForeignExchange transaction confirmations and settlements. This position offers an exceptional learning path with direct exposure to front-to-back banking sectors, including Trading, Sales, Technology, and Client Onboarding. salary: $21.02 - $21.03 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities • An effective and clear communicator across various levels within the organization with an ability to influence positive outcomes. • strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload through fluctuating volume periods; ability to multi task whilst managing competing priorities and deliveries. • Self-motivated individual who demonstrates and encourages collaboration within and beyond his/her team. • Excellent attention to detail and minimal history of errors.
