At USACS, care teams are fully supported, appropriately staffed, and structured so Physicians can focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative burden. Were adding a Hospitalist Physician to our team at Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, Maryland. 

Practice Highlights:  

• Daily Encounters: 132  
• High-volume hospitalist program with structured team support  
• Part of Lifebridge Health system with access to specialty care  
• Collaborative inpatient model supporting efficient workflows  
• EMR: Cerner  

What your practice will look like:  
Youll work in a high-volume hospitalist program with strong team collaboration and defined workflows. The model supports efficient patient management and coordinated care, allowing for consistent, high-quality inpatient care across a broad patient population.

Northwest Hospital is a 240-bed not-for-profit hospital and part of the Lifebridge Health system, which includes Sinai Hospital and Grace Medical Center in Baltimore. The hospital emphasizes patient-centered care and has implemented innovative models to improve throughput and care delivery.

Compensation & Benefits:  

• Estimated employed W-2 compensation: $127.50/hour to $160/hour

Requirements:  

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
