Licensure/Certifications: Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS required
Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a similar setting

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality inpatient care across various units in a hospital setting
Float within the PCU and possibly other units such as step-down or specialized areas (Ross Heart, Brain & Spine, Dodd)
Manage patient care with patient ratios of approximately 1:3-4
Perform IV starts, telehealth monitoring, and other advanced nursing duties
Document care accurately in Epic and other hospital systems
Adapt to floating across multiple hospital campuses as needed
Follow all hospital protocols and safety procedures during your shift

What You Need

Required:

Ohio RN license (or ability to obtain licensure)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in hospital settings
BLS and ACLS certifications
Proficiency in IV starts, telemonitoring, and Epic EMR system

Preferred:

Experience working in PCU, step-down, or related units
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
