What You’ll Do: The Rotational Molding Operator is responsible for setting up and operating rotational molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers and custom products while supporting daily manufacturing operations. Operate rotational molding machines with minimal supervision Follow written and verbal work instructions and manufacturing procedures Set up and service molds while monitoring machine controls and product quality Perform secondary operations on molded products as needed Use powered and manual hand tools, hoists, gantries, and production equipment Read basic blueprints and manufacturing work orders Maintain quality standards and production records Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and safe Assist with training and sharing technical knowledge with team members Work Shift: 6:00am - 2:15pm Monday - Friday What We’re Looking For: Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines Experience operating machinery and production equipment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Team-oriented with strong communication skills One year of plastic molding or similar machine operation experience preferred What You May Be Doing: Standing, walking, bending, crouching, and repetitive hand/wrist movements throughout the shift Lifting and moving up to 40 lbs Working flexible hours, overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed Operating around manufacturing equipment and production machinery daily What’s In It For You: Join a company that truly values its employees!
