We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Psychiatrist for a full-time, onsite adult inpatient role in Alton, IL . Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (37.5 hours/week) with no weekends, holidays, or after‑hours call. Location: 100% onsite in a secure clinical setting. Caseload: ~22 patients/day. Compensation: $210–$225/hour (~$450,000–$470,000/year). Responsibilities Evaluating and treating adult inpatients. Managing psychopharmacology and documenting medication changes. Completing progress notes and clinical reports. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and participating in treatment planning. Qualifications MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible. Active Illinois medical, DEA, and Controlled Substance licenses. Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred. Comfortable working in a structured, secure environment.
