Small Store Delivery Supervisor

Requisition ID: 256542 Locations: Whitestown Pay Range: $60,000-$67,000 Depending on Experience Job Overview The Supervisor Small Store Merchandiser Delivery leads a team that is responsible for the efficient merchandising of company products while meeting distribution objectives with emphasis on the Small Store Service Delivery Model. The role is accountable for onboarding new teammates, responding to customer issues, optimizing.Small Store Merchandising efficiencies, adhering to safety and compliance policies, and fostering a positive working environment. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for skill development of assigned Small Store Merchandisers by conducting three or more Right Execution Daily "RED" rides per week. Duties & Responsibilities Partners with Talent Acquisition on hiring, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure fit, excellent onboarding experience, and budgeted staffing needs. Manages, leads, and motivates a team of Small Store Merchandisers to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines, engaging and developing teammates through performance management, coaching, training, and continuous improvement while maintaining customer focus. Teaches, trains, and coaches on processes and procedures necessary to maximize profit and productivity while maintaining satisfactory customer service. R.E.D. rides are scheduled a minimum of three per week. Ensures core internal audit guidelines and procedures, including Kronos timekeeping management and mileage reimbursement, are followed and met. Monitors key business indicators such as customers served, gap time at account level, service time, unproductive deliveries, overall payroll management, completion of computer‑based training, and R.E.D., and develops action plans to drive productivity gains. Establishes behaviors that ensure a safe working environment and ensures teammates are trained on safe working techniques in the trade, including safety blitzes, evaluations, and annual testing. Partners cross‑functionally with sales and delivery teams to communicate effectively and maximize success of the Small Store Service Delivery Model. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Knowledge of CCCI Sales and Delivery operations preferred. Prior leadership and management experience is a plus. Demonstrated planning techniques and organizational skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and perform duties of a Small Store Merchandiser. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Valid in‑state driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school. Work Environment Office environment.
