IT Support Consultant

Requirements Must have: Live within a 40-minute commute of Exton, PA, with the ability to work in person and travel regularly to client sites in the Greater Philadelphia area – Demonstrate strong personal initiative, including examples of identifying and resolving technical issues independently – Have experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11 environments and Office applications – Hold a Microsoft Windows certification, or be able to earn one within 90 days – Possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities – Be willing to record all work time in our ticketing system – Have access to a personal car with insurance for travel between client locations – Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent Responsibilities: Deliver on-site and remote technical support to our clients across the Greater Philadelphia region – Troubleshoot and independently resolve issues with workstations, servers, and peripherals – Install and configure Microsoft 365, desktops, laptops, and servers – Communicate clearly and proactively with clients, teammates, and management – Accurately track time spent on each task to support client billing – Produce clear documentation for both client-facing and internal use – Monitor service requests and push them through to timely completion – Lead short-term projects from initiation through closeout Company: We are TechBldrs, a technology consulting firm based in Exton, PA, serving clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. This is a full-time, in-person role with a mix of office and on-site work, and we do not offer relocation or telecommuting.
