Support Patient Access leadership and front-line staff to ensure efficient department operations and revenue cycle goals.
Handle complex appointment scheduling for four high-volume, high-risk pregnancy clinics.
Use NICE, EPIC, and Microsoft Teams to schedule appointments, manage patient information, and coordinate with clinical teams.
Serve as a resource/leader for front-line staff, using strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills .
Provide accurate, professional patient service while managing a high-volume scheduling environment
