Full-time License Specialist Location: Headquarters in Warren, OH. AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic team member to join immediately. Duties & Responsibilities Work with local health departments and our team members to file all required food‑related health permits. Develop and improve the existing health license database for multiple states. Provide daily professional communication via email and phone with local health departments and team members. File business, liquor, and mercantile tax licenses with state and local governments. Provide backup support for payroll, sales, unemployment, and property tax filings. Requirements Ability to work under deadlines with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Extensive computer skills and proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with field and internal headquarters departments. Ability to multi‑task and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Benefits A family culture and atmosphere.
