We are seeking an Office Manager Accounting Specialist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. This will include general accounting and bookkeeping using Sage (Peachtree) accounting software.
** Responsibilities: **
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- File payroll state and federal taxes.
- File company use and excise taxes.
- In charge of all Bookkeeping and Accounting duties.
- Perform all other office tasks
** Qualifications: **
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Current or recent past experience in full charge bookkeeping.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
