We want to help your career but we don't want your personal life to take a hit because of it.Job Overview: As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between our customer base and the service team. You will identify the need for, sell, and schedule service work. You will be representing the BMW center to service clients and serve both the client and their vehicle's best interest (our team will not recommend or up-sell a service unless it is genuinely needed/recommended). You will also serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Parts personnel, Technicians and Warranty Administration to maintain good relationships and communication between all parties. This position is centered around building relationships with our BMW clients, and doing what you can to keep them on the road safely and happily. Please note that this position does not require you to have prior knowledge of our vehicles or standard services. While it is helpful, it is not required and you will learn quickly.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and professionally, assess their service needs, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
