All-Source Intelligence Analysts - Senior with Security Clearance

Work Location: Gordon, GA Employment Type: Full‑Time, Senior‑Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled All‑Source Intelligence Analyst. The senior analyst will serve as the right‑hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject‑matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. The role involves programmatic development, quality control, mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators, ensuring intelligence products are actionable, accurate and aligned with client needs while maintaining situational awareness across operational areas. Responsibilities Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff. Perform all‑source intelligence analysis and production, and interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness to accomplish SOF unique operational and tactical level intelligence requirements. Possess knowledge at tactical and operational levels and provide all‑source analytical support for CT/VEO, Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations, Security Impact Analysis, Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction, and crisis response operations and missions. Demonstrate proficiency in analytic techniques, current tools, and production of high‑quality intelligence products, including assessments, finished products, papers, presentations, and briefings. May be required to serve as the USSOCOM representative during non‑duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours. Maintain global readiness and availability for deployment on a no‑notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones. Enforce requirements, focus team of intelligence analysts, provide quality control of products, and direct analytical team in identifying trends within data‑at‑rest to drive reporting for decision makers. Provide strong organizational skills and administrative oversight. Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle. Qualifications Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all‑source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies, with at least four (4) years at the operational level. Proficiency, knowledge, understanding and experience with current all‑source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes and trends. Expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all‑source intelligence tools. Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O‑5) / GS‑14 level or higher. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
