We strive to deliver a top-notch customer experience by providing our clients professional guidance throughout the process.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a IRA Account Manager, Customer Relations. As an IRA Account Manager you will be responsible for assisting customers seeking to liquidate or take distributions from their holdings of precious metals. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals. This is an in-office position, remote work is not available.Duties:· Contact customers by phone to verify information for distributions or liquidations.· Use systems to access the customer's account to verify metals details.· Obtain liquidation bids when necessary.· Communicate with other departments required to complete distribution processes.· Create necessary invoices for transactions.· Email forms to the customer through DocuSign.· Addressing customer questions or concerns and walking them through the process.· Maintain all liquidation or distribution information in an Excel spreadsheet.· Prepare and submit relevant electronic paperwork to facilitate the sale of assets.· Ability to manage a high volume of “In Process” transactions.· Basic competency in Excel and ability to learn internal and external systems to facilitate transactions.· Exceptional attention to detail and customer service attitude.· Impeccable work ethic and communications skills (bother verbally and in writing).· Must be a self-starter with the ability to multitask.· Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.· Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.We offer competitive compensation based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
